PAGE was launched in 2021 by Parx Casino to urge lawmakers to address the unchecked explosion of so-called “skill games” in Pennsylvania, which the Office of Attorney General maintains are illegal gaming devices. PAGE continues to support legislation to eliminate tens of thousands of unregulated, unsupervised, and untaxed games from communities across Pennsylvania. These games can be magnets for crime. They offer no protections to prevent underage gaming and drain hundreds of millions in revenue from the Pennsylvania Lottery.
